Seer Wellbeing
Yin and Restorative Yoga workshop £20
All levels are welcome
Only 12 places each month are available which tends to get booked up quickly.
These workshops are designed to help you rest, relax and go deeper into your inner world. The postures are held to aid that inner connection. All equipment are provided.
Throughout the 2 hours, we shall cover working with the seasons in accordance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principle, practice acupressure points relevant to the season, and have confidential peer discussions. We shall close with a sound and gong bath to soothe you back into your outer world.

Mamasuze
MamaSuze is an arts based organisation run by an all female team, created to build community and inspire women and children refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. We provide a welcoming, safe space. Weekly sessions consist of warm up exercises, art, drama and movement. Children are cared for nearby so their mothers can relax into the group. At the end women and children come together for shared parachute time.
